Sushi 寿司来啦~

寿司来啦!

As Chinese, both me and my husband enjoy Asian cuisine. Besides most well-known Chinese food, we also like Japan's and Korea's, such as sushi, miso soup, kimchi and bibimbap.

Today's dinner is Sushi. I love making sushi because it really like playing plasticine, isn't it? ^_^

虽然来了美国,我和老公的最爱还是亚洲食物,除了中国菜以外,寿司啦,大酱汤啦,泡菜啦,石锅拌饭啦都是我俩的心头好。今天的晚饭做的就是寿司。在所有饭里,我最喜欢做的就是寿司了,因为整个过程就像捏橡皮泥,左捏右捏就做好啦,作品还很容易显得好看,嘻嘻。



Ingredients are roast eel, avocado and cucumber.
今天做的是烤鳗鱼卷,配料是牛油果和黄瓜丝。



Tomorrow's lunch. It's easy to bring to office with Lock&Lock containers.
吃剩下的寿司明天可以带去办公室做午餐。很推荐用乐扣的餐盒,密封性特别好,装酱汁也不会漏。
